Speakers: David Nearon and Philip Greenan

The Financial Forum welcomes David A. Nearon Jr and Philip M. Greenan of Nearon Law at 12 noon on April 25th at the Fireside Room in Gateway Clubhouse. Their topic is “Trust Administration and probate: Best Planning Strategies to preserve More of Your Estate for Your Beneficiaries.”

David A. Nearon graduated with a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1992. He received his Juris Doctor (JD) from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1996 and his MBA from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University the same year. He has been at the California State Bar and the US District Court for the Ninth District. David is married and the proud father of four children.

Philip M. Greenan graduated from Brigham Young University (Provo) in 2010. He received his Juris Doctor (JD) from Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 2013 and was admitted to the Bar by order of the Supreme Court of the State of California on December 13th, 2013. Philip is admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor to practice in all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Joining David A. Nearon PLC in 2018, Philip brings a unique perspective in counseling estate planning clients on strategies to prepare for the seamless administration of their estates.
