The Financial Forum welcomes David Koenig of Charles Schwab to the Fireside Room at Gateway Clubhouse on September 8th at 10 AM. His topic will be “Schwab Intelligent Portfolios.” David will share how the portfolios are a simple, low-cost way to diversify your portfolio while addressing your wealth management needs. There will be 15-20 minutes set aside for Q&A.
David Koenig, CFA, FRM, is responsible for representing multi-asset strategies from Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. and Charles Schwab Investment Advisory, Inc. to clients, advisers, institutions, and the media.
Prior to joining Schwab in 2015, David was an investment strategist for Russell Investments, where he worked with consultants, intermediaries, and institutions. He was a member of the research team at Russell Indexes and represented Russell's strategies with clients as a frequent speaker at industry conferences and with the media. Previously, he worked for Wells Fargo Funds Management and Franklin Templeton Investments. He holds a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
